Commissions

A commissioned artwork is a chance to bring your story to life through colour, texture, and imagination. I create personalised mixed-media pieces that capture the people, places, memories, and moments that matter most to you.

Blending my signature quirky style with rich layers of acrylics, oils, inks, pastels, wax, and more, I work closely with you to craft an artwork that feels deeply connected to your journey. Whether inspired by nature, family, treasured experiences, or a feeling you want to preserve, each commission is a meaningful collaboration.

From bold, joyful palettes to subtle, emotive textures, your bespoke painting will be one-of-a-kind – an artwork that reflects life’s twists, turns, light, and shadow in a way that is uniquely yours.

Under the Supermoon

Size: 152 cm (w) x 102 cm (h)

Material: Canvas in Tasmanian Oak shadow frame

Media: Acrylic, oil, and mixed media

Story: A collection of items including some of the owner’s precious objects, stylised and reimagined. The scope was to include layers of colours and textures to compliment a living room. The duck and the horse have a bit of an attitude, and it was non-negotiable to paint the family fur babies. The super moon is a nod to the owner’s love of astronomy. The painting was completed on the day of a super moon that tied in perfectly!

New Beginnings

Size: 160 cm (w) x 120 cm (h)

Material: Canvas

Media: Acrylic and mixed media (design extended partially around the edges)

Story: The owners commissioned this painting to celebrate moving to a new location and a new house. The scope included super bright, semi-abstract, very textured florals. The inclusion by the artist of wattle reflects the personality of the owners, and is symbolic of resilience, unity and connection to the land. Hardenbergia Violate, native to the area, weaves its way through the painting to anchor the family with a sense of belonging. The painting graces a large entry hall, complemented by some fabulous lighting!
